- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered a package from Amazon to be delivered to a business location. Amazon preferences state absolutely no weekend delivery. Post office attempted delivery on a Sunday with no one at the business, then held our package until Thursday when it was sent back to a Columbus post office before they sending it out for delivery. No email from Amazon stating that the package was at the post office. No attempted second day delivery like all other post office locations provide. This is not the first time we have had issues with this post office. They continue to hold our mail and not notify the shipping partner to pass on the information to the purchaser. Previously would give our mail to another company's courier office before multiple phone calls and detailed instructions were given to employees. Employee incompetence must be addressed.By H.
