- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I paid premiums for years on my business insurance. When I had a claim, State Farm took 6 WEEKS to decide whether I was covered, then DENIED my claim. Reason? My business insurance doesn't cover my business. When I complained to my agent, Jason told me it was my fault for not reading my policy more carefully. Whenever I have asked for written documentation, it takes weeks, multiple requests and unreturned phone calls. AVOID this agency.By Don Steere, January 13, 2017
